1.  How do I measure for a window treatment?
        - Just follow the easy how to measure instructions on the How to Measure page.

2.  Can I install Ascot window treatments myself?
        - Yes, most of Ascot's window treatments are easy to install.  If you have an
        installation problem or questions, contact Ascot toll free at 877-773-7751 to
        get some assistance.		

3.  Do the window treatments come with everything I need to install them?
        - Yes, Ascot window treatments come with the necessary brackets and screws
        to install them.  You will also need a screwdriver to help with installation.

4.  Can I get color samples?
        - Yes, color samples are available to make sure you make the right color choice

5.  If a chord on my window treatments is broken, can I get it fixed?
        - Yes, broken chords can be replaced.  Just conact us and we will direct you
        on what you need to do to get your broken chords replaced.

6.  What is an inside mount?
        - An inside mount is a window treatment that is mounted inside the window 
        frame.  This provides a clean look and allows window moldings to be shown
        off.

7.  What is an outside mount?
        - An outside mount is a window treatment that is mounted on the outside of the
        window frame.  These hang on the frame or just above the frame.  Using an 
        outside mount is a good way to make a window appear larger that it is. 

8.  How can I clean Ascot window treatments?
        - The easiest and best cleaning methods are dusting and vacuuming.  You can 
        dust by using a regular dust cloth or a feather duster.  To use a vacuum, use the 
        brush head attachment to keep from damaging the window treatments.
