Can I order from Canada?

Yes! While our website is not currently set up to ship directly to Canada, our customer service team can take your order by phone or email and arrange delivery.

Returns & Policies

Can I return or exchange a product?

Because all Ascot window treatments — including pleated shades, mini blinds, roller shades, wood blinds, vertical blinds, and pleated accordion doors — are custom made to your exact sizes, they are not eligible for return or refund.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact Customer Service. Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) with instructions for returning the product for correction or replacement.
