If not satisfied for any reason with your product, please contact customer service for assistance.

All Pleated Shades, Mini Blinds, Roller Shades, Wood Blinds, Vertical Blinds and Pleated Accordion Doors are custom made to your specific sizes and are not eligible for return or refund. Please utilize our detailed measuring instructions and request color samples to verify color accuracy before placing your order.

Items requested for return must be authorized by contacting Customer Service. To request a return, notify Customer Service with an explanation of the reason for the return along with the original order number the item was ordered on. A return will either be authorized and you will be sent an RGA with directions for returning the item, or the return will be denied with an explanation as to the denial.

Products returned with an authorization (RGA) will be replaced with the corrections made and returned to the Customer at NO CHARGE.

Damage resulting from shipping or delivery must be reported to Customer Service within 5 days.

All of the products purchased from our website are covered by a limited one year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after purchase.
